      Pros

      Working at Wellhub (formerly Gympass) offers significant advantages, especially regarding culture, flexibility, and growth. Strong Wellness Culture: The company has an extremely strong wellness culture that is deeply rooted in both its people and its processes. It's not just a buzzword here. 100% Remote & Quality of Life: The company is truly 100% remote, which is rare. This provides incredible geographic flexibility and an absurdly good quality of life. Meritocracy & Career Path: It's a meritocratic company. There is a clear career plan and a relatively short promotion cycle, allowing you to see and plan your growth. Substantial Benefits & Support: The overall benefits package is substantial and fair. The Wellhub Gold benefit for all employees is a fantastic perk, and the company also provides strong resources for emotional support. Flexibility & Time Off: We have truly flexible hours to adapt to daily demands, plus 3 additional rest days per year that can be used freely. International & Transparent Culture: It's a global company with teams in many countries, fostering diversity. Internal communication is good, with transparency about strategic decisions.

      Cons

      Despite the great culture, there are some clear challenges that impact the day-to-day. Global Friction: Because it's a global company, navigating different cultural and creative perspectives can be difficult. This sometimes impacts or delays final decisions on certain projects. Compensation: The salary ranges are not very competitive. This makes it difficult for the company to retain senior talent in the long run, as they can easily find better offers elsewhere.

      The company truly prioritizes flexibility and wellness. They walk the talk and care for employees’ wellbeing just as much as they do for clients. The team is collaborative, open to innovative solutions, and extremely talented. Everyone genuinely cares about the product, and you can feel the passion in the way people work every day. In addition, the company is continuously evolving, reviewing processes, and seeking new ways to innovate and improve.

      Cons

      As the company is still growing, some processes are not yet fully streamlined, which can occasionally impact daily operations. However, the team is highly collaborative and always finds ways to make things work smoothly.
