- Salary and benefits above the market; - Good people to work with. Everyone is very friendly and accessible; - Trust and autonomy, no micromanagement; - Flexible working hours; - Challenging work

Cons

- There's not a con I can point out. As a fast-growing company, it has what can be considered the typical pains, like some processes could be faster, but nothing that makes me dislike Gympass so far.
