Great leadership. Its culture provides a lot of freedom to do your job when it best suits you as long as you deliver.

Cons

Limited financial upside. If you are an ambitious person, probably not the first place I would suggest.

Flexibility and trust go hand-in-hand at Gympass; we believe in our employees and their ability to integrate their professional responsibilities alongside the other areas of their lives. In terms of financial gains and incentives, Gympass employees are eligible annually for potential merit increases in their base salary, as well as for potential stock refresh grants where applicable. These opportunities are tied to our annual performance cycle, to ensure Gympassers are rewarded for strong performance.
