Mission- People- Culture- is as advertised. Smart, driven and innovate people with a passion for wellness. Gympass truly lives it's mission and it's embedded in the culture. The excitement of a start up but with 10 years of serious growth and experience under it's belt.

Cons

Only growing pains, which you would expect at a startup. The good news is everyone gets to be a part of the solution.

- Culture - Enviroment - Benefits / reward - Transparency Overall Gympass offers a great a product to it's clients and is constantly pushing the limits to offer something better. The growth is amazing, people are free to share their opinion and receive great feedback

Cons

Unfortunately rapid growth comes with some pain. Many important process are still manual. In terms of data, there is no common language on what needs to be measured. Also access to some tools is a bit hard
