      A laid back atmosphere that is great for young ambitious entry level employees as well as tenured engineers

      Cons

      You get out of this company what you are willing to put it. If you want training or further education you will have to work to get it.

      Webber is a place where professions go to die

      Pros

      Webber has folks who have been there for significant years. The culture is laid back from that sense.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no innovation at Webber and they have yet to figure out to compete in the brave new world. Anyone with ability to make changes are chased off. Everyone in charge of a specific group has deep silo's that cannot be undone.
