Per diem with salary 5% bonus (yearly)

Cons

Have to use pto even for family emergencies even if salary. Work 60+ hours as salary employee Labors end up making more money than salary employees.

A lot of work and very little pay. Extremely long hours and no recognition for your hard work. Not many opportunity for growth
