Pros

The people are great, and they hire some of the best out there. They also are doing a lot of great trainings for their employees to get them up to speed and learning the Webber Way.

Cons

At times it can feel like you are running so fast to get the project done with the least amount of people. Part of that is just the construction industry but expect to always work super long hours and even then you still wont be working enough to get everything done.

Pros

Came here out of school as green as grass. This company is all about what you put into it. If you want to be average you will stay average. If you innovate, give it everything you have, and maintain a high work ethic you will move up and excel within Webber. They have started over the past year to cut the under performers and reward those that provide true value to the company. This is a company that needs people who can become leaders and grow with the company. They also provide a company vehicle on day one of employment, have low cost health and dental insurance, and have excellent 401k with 6% match and instant 100% vest. Project bonuses can be difficult to achieve at times but can make up a double digit percentage of your yearly earnings.

Cons

As referenced above, this company is growing. There are pains as other people come in from other companies and try to learn the systems of this company. Webbers technology compared to other companies does also lack ( although they have been making an effort to to incorporate more). Company was bought in 2005 by Ferrovial. Lots of people from the mothership starting to occupy Webber. This company also struggles to find its unique culture.
