Pros

Helping customers, good coworkers, benefits, little traveling, and associate discount (except groceries).

Cons

Benefit costs keep increasing while the benefits provided decrease. The company's new direction is making it difficult to meet community needs. Hours are cut more frequently in recent years while the work load and responsibilites increase. Pay caps.

Pros

I was working good hours. I got on third shift like I want to be. The employees and managers were all really easy to get along with. They treated everyone fairly.

Cons

There was no oportunity for overtime. The pay was above minimum wage but still wasn't enough to really live comfortably.
