Pros

Job security and plenty of opportunity if you want to manage people.

Cons

Bureaucracy. There is infinite red tape to get anything done. Productivity has ground to a halt. It takes weeks of committee reviews and managment approvals sometimes to make even the smallest change. Management is in CYA mode.

Pros

Primarily the salary. It's location to my house is pretty convenient.

Cons

Ever since we started the $4.00 prescription program volume has tripled with only a marginal increase in staffing. Not that management cares. Lets see if we can triple our workload while cutting our profit margins 10 fold bunch of genious', who cares as long as we get them in the store...
