Pros

OK money when it is hard to find a job right now. It's a place to start until you find something better.

Cons

Exhausting. Don't always get your breaks although they stress in the beginning how important they are. Looking for something better.

Not Bad

Pros

Wage starts higher than similar retail environments in the area. Any type of insurance you will ever need. Stock options.

Cons

Management has too much on their plates many times to deal with simple questions. New backroom program causing headache after headache. Improper staffing and time management.

Pros

Good for part time work. Fairly flexible schedules as long as you are willing to work weekends.

Cons

Management is disrespectful towards employees. Managers are not highly trained or good leaders. Open door policies are ineffective and intimidation and retaliation are a real problem. Seems to be too many "politics" at store level.
