Pros

Salary is alright but should be more for the ware and tear you put on your body if the store is not staffed correctly.

Cons

demands of the job are unrealistic unless you are 2 people. If you are the overnight manager most likely you are by yourself and you are also not just the supervisor. You watch every one and give direction but you are timing people and stocking as well. You are poorly staffed and you will find that it is hard to terminate lazy people. In my store an overnight manager has no lunch and works for about 14hrs.

Pros

Wal-mart was able to work with my difficult schedule so that I could take care of personal isues at my home.

Cons

Pay was not high enough so that I could support myself, because I was the only wage earner in my family

Pros

Good job if you have something else going on like school or if you want to become a manager.

Cons

Work you to death make you work overtime only to make you lose it later on in the week. Managment is very corrupt!! Turn blind eye to abusive supervisors and let slacker employees slide.
