Pros

Getting the training to operate power equipment. Knowing exactly what you need to get done and the amount of time it should take you to get it done in order to meet their expectations.

Cons

Management is way to anal about everything and most of them do not do a very good job at interacting with their associates

pay shares equal opp for advancement good people fun place to work people people people bonus checks you didnt have to run the cash machine

Cons

weirdos work there too. break rooms suck having to clean up the store at the end of the night and not know when you will go home

Huge company Good for logistics,supply chain,buyers and store managers.

Cons

Company lagging behing in term of vacations,benefits and flextime.In fact,forget about working from home. work 9 hours a day,i.e. 8 hours + an hour lunch.
