Pros

Since you are part of a larger coporation, you do have the ability to move to different departments and even different states.

Cons

I do enjoy the team atmosphere, but feel that climbing the internal ladder is harder than i had originally anticipated. Also, the benefits suck.

Pros

--A huge company - 3000 IT personnel. If you need help, there's always someone who's been there done that. --Great opportunities to move laterally --The culture is strong --They do learn from the past well and constantly evolve

Cons

--Can be a grind - standard workweek is 45 hours. --As with any large organization, communication is sometimes a problem --They have started outsourcing development

Pros

Regular customers are awesome to interact with and assist! I worked at a really bad store, however, some say there is better management at other ones.

Cons

Unorganized management; Co-workers; not all have work ethic and ya end up carrying the load; can't say too much, will violate terms but....management doesn't handle issues or concerns correctly. Slackers stay, good ones leave.
