Pros

Insurance, if you can fins someone to explain it to you

Cons

Hours change every week, many schedules are late evening, The management supports the customer, even if he/she is carrying stolen goods. The sick policy is "don't come to work sick -- if you don' show up for work you will be penalized severely, even fired." You will be expected to finish a 8 hour job in 4 hours time. You will be pulled off you job to cashier. A cashier is at the mercy of the head cashier, and may not leave the register to urinate, throw up, or poop without permission.

Pros

Pay is good, at least for now. However, the past 3 years of pay raises are minimal. Reviews are a joke because they are limited by upper mgmt,....nobody can get a better than "average" review in our district!

Cons

Benefits are NOT good. For those who think they are, they must never have had good benefits before.
