Pros

Anyone can work there.Competition is not that steep. The management is very nice and growth opportunities are plentiful. It's awesome. I loved it.

Cons

The pay is very low, managers aren't respected. Holiday pay is absent. There is no team collaboration amongst any of the workers there. Run!

Pros

Great deal of responsibility in merchandising and for associates. Always get 40 hours per week. Next level is salary management.

Cons

A lot of work keeping four departments stocked. Redirecting associates who are not as committed to working hard.
