Pros

Good hours. They were flexibile and willing to work around my school schedule, which was awesome. It was also a good location, very easy free way access and close to the mall!

Cons

The atmosphere - the people who shop at Wal-Mart are kind of weird and gross. The people who work at Wal-Mart aren't much better, for the most part.

Pros

You work with the public... They are very flexible with your work hours as they expect you to be also... It's a family atmosphere with the other associates...

Cons

The only con that I have with working at Wal mart is they don't offer very many full time positions which keeps the medical and dental benefits out of reach for most.

Pros

Shift work allows you time have a life outside of work. Pay is good compared to other facilities. The managers were always willing to discuss any issues you had.

Cons

Working in a warehouse can be difficult at times, especially when there are production rates. Every years when you recieve a cost of living raise, production also goes up.
