Pros

Really easy don't have any worries outside work. Hang out all day and help customers. Not alot of pressure involved.

Cons

management was over worked. Understaffed most of the time. Only care about making money not about the individual. Hard to move up.

Pros

Interning at Wal-Mart has given me a great chance to gain leadership skills while still in school. It's a good place to start and gain experience and professional direction.

Cons

Communications is lacking about location and salary benefits of going full time. That's really the only communication problem though .

Pros

When you have exhausted all other job opportunities, go to Walmart because they will hire anyone.

Cons

Starting salary is very low, company morale among low level workers is poor. Not much chance for advancement.
