-Clear expectations from management -Opportunities for advancement if you work hard/smart

Cons

-Takes patience to work for low hourly pay for awhile if you intend to climb the ladder -Many associates are lazy/don't care -- if you are a hard worker, you will have to pick up their slack

lazy co-workers,lazy management, they take away benefits every year, they give crappy rasises to the te employees that deserve better

Job security-they rarely lay people off. Opportunity to advance and be promoted if you are motivated. Helpful supervisors. Friendly employees.

Cons

It is difficult to get full time schedules. There is often not enough shift coverage. It takes a long time to get assistance from CSM's.
