Pros

good job security if you perform

Cons

not the same company it was just a couple of years ago. Company trying to squeeze every last penny out of the customer and expects you to service the customer but does not give you the tools to get it done

Pros

Wal-Mart offers a lot of opportunities for advancement. You can start out at the very bottom and work your way up to Store Manager.

Cons

The only problem with that is if you are not a brown noser you will not go up very fast. They have a bad absenteeism policy. They do not accept notes from Doctors in any form. No excused absences. Sometime things happen and you need the extra support and you wont get it there.

Pros

they only thing that i liked about it was the bonus. but that was even shadier because you had to wait until you've worked their 9 months to get it. and what you get is around 100 extra or so.

Cons

Walmart is a company that takes advantage of the united states greed for capitalism and lobbying money. The treat employees like they are nothing. They will fire a guy thats been working there for 15 years for nothing. not even a warning.
