Pros

Benefits. pay. managers were very understanding. pto and protectedpto. 4 days on 3 days off. There is a points system for attendance/tardes, safety issues etc that are extremely lenient and fall off after 6 months. Kinda hard to get fired unless you really mess up

Cons

Corporate don’t want you to unionize. very hard work. 10 hour shift throwing freight with only a 15 minute and a 20 minute breaks. Promise of advancement that they don’t follow through. Extremely hot environment especially if you’re in a trailer during summer. Not allowed to listen to your own music, have to listen to Walmart radio which is god awful
