Pros

The savings at walmart as always been my concern. Knowing that I can get what I need without any hassle.

Cons

As a former employee. Walmart could work on training their managers. Some of their managers have no clue what it takes to be a manager.

Pros

Lots of in office perks. Benefits are decent, but the pay can be tough if you're trying to rent your own place. Also, if you're young, this position does have a lot of recent college grads.

Cons

Your experience depends on which team you get placed on. Certain managers care more about your development than others.
