Pros

Fast Paced, Learn a lot, Find a strong manager

Cons

You will never be right, and the leadership today is too worried about their own resume instead of the business.

Pros

They will teach you everything! I earned my certification within a few months with no prior experience. It is a great place to start

Cons

THEY CUT HOURS! I went from 20-30 hours a week while a in school full time to maybe getting 5-10 hours. Nationwide hour cuts destroyed part time folks

Pros

Coworkers and direct managers are amazing. Has nice benefits and amenities.

Cons

The recruiters and interviewers aren't transparent about the duties of the role in the position. They don't pay their employees equally even though they don't allow negotiated salary. They aren't very trusting of their full-time associates. The work that a category specialist does is very tedious, repetitive, and not challenging at all. They advertise and promise a lot of great things, and continuously fail to follow through on their word. They don't do right by people.
