Pros

Some people are genuinely nice. There is a dry cleaner and Timmy’s onsite. The building is right off of highway 401.

Cons

It is a very phony and backstabbing environment. The Marketing Directors are somewhat nice to your face but will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. Kill or be killed. Nobody knows what is going on and it is extremely unorganized with no communication or process. You work frantically on projects that go nowhere. No job security, they fire and let-go of people constantly here. You have to buy your own supplies unless you want to dig for grimy used supplies that are at least 10 years old. I almost fell down the staircase tripping over duct tapped carpet on the steps. There is no parking and the office is dingy and dirty. No work life balance.

Pros

Management was great. Worked with me on hours. Nice co workers.

Cons

Pay sucked. Lied about start wage to me. I got the same pay after 20 years exp. as the kids out of high school. Not enough help. Didn't really care when I quit.
