Pros

Great company if you're management. But ONLY ff you're management. Also too, your personal experience while working there can vary LARGELY on what store you're in. Many stores offer sub-standard associates that are damn near impossible to get rid of for some reason, especially if they're Black, and your store performance is largely impacted by it's hourly associates. The only ones with their heads on their shoulders are well-above store level, out of reach.

Cons

Pay isn't competitive whatsoever, and they attempt to run a super-center on minimal hours, thereby dumping all the core responsibilities on management since you can't rely on hourly's. And when management is buried in a dept conducting what hourly associates should be doing, then management cannot manage. Makes for impossible bonus-earning capabilities. MyShare is a slap in the face most quarters, and management bonus is a hit or miss.
