The store is severely understaffed and the managers expect the handful of employees to get more than a night's worth of work done in a night or for every employee to do 2 or 3 employees worth of work, then get angry when it isn't done. My old store was understaffed too, but the manager's made it work. In conclusion, the manager's truly make or break a store. Other: There is no training for new employees, so you better be quick to pick things up.
