Pros

Good technology stack. Casual dress and stakeholders are polite and respectful. Very good quality free lunch and bunch of other perks.

Cons

Internal mobility is discouraged. Several engineers get stuck in current team due to this. Too much emphasis in hiring outside Talent instead of allowing current associates to move teams freely.

Pros

Walmart.com gives you the opportunity to work in different positions, salary is not bad , it will invrease over the time, you will able to switch positions after 6 months

Cons

Everything in warehouses is about production, you have to make your numbers to be able to stay in your position. l wish Walmart. com pays what they are supposed for employees working on holidays, pay extra incentives on peak seasons
