Horrible Work Culture

Pros

One of the largest company in the world.

Cons

There is nothing good review for an associate. A lot of politics is in senior management. No technical growth. The nature of work is very worst. Everything is handled by onshore team. There is no control in offshore. No career growth. The expectation of higher management is to work on Weekend and late nights. Need to support on each and every day. Not enough opportunities to grow

Pros

may be salary, food and few more benefits good for anyone coming from govt/service based companies. They will be more then happy

Cons

1- Almost all teams teams are doing support work, handling calls, running scripts, checking logs, with sleepless nights& weekends 2-product/software developed in other countries long back, which is obsolete now and needs revamp. Other countries folks are doing new stuff, poop shifted to India for cost cutting. 3-early morning, late evening & weekends give status calls of logs/scripts/issues/defects to other countries folk, no decision power in India. 4- It will make your personal life HELL

Pros

Cab facility, free Lunch, nice pantry, flexible working hours, team outings every quarter

Cons

Calling people's manager as engineering manager, no proper vision for future, not much learning from the project, interview standards are going down in the need of hiring too many people, no proper roadmap, worklife will be disturbed a lot duing oncall time
