Cons

Poor staffing. Expected to do the job of Running a cash register, service writing, and work on cars within the same 60 seconds. Customers will verbal abuse us, management will not come on time, and countless phone ring while administration is asking who is working inside. Management does not care for the associates at this location. when people are hired they accumulate 9 points within 90 days. Management has there favorites, takes points off for those associates without corrective action. Management here is not Firm, Fair, and Consistent.
