Not enough hours was hired as full time and
After hired only offered 20 hours or less a week paid every two can't live and take care of my kids on that pay and definitely can't afford the insurance on that pay I feel it was a waste of my time and the csm were very unprofessional group of people to deal with
You get to meet interesting people. The work is fairly easy and managers tend to be biased if you are a good employee. If you go in, do your job, you can have great job security
Cons
Management seems to have shifted priority from customer service, to pleasing higher management. mundane details and busy work with no purpose is hastily assigned.
Good work is not rewarded and bad work is not corrected. Management dont have backbones and are often afraid to tell people to work for fear of confrontation.
