Pros

Friendly work environment. Working with customers is always a plus. Genuinely helping with problems or questions they have is a good feeling.

Cons

Unless you have open availability, hours are slim. Depending on the manager on duty your day could be good or bad.

Pros

Flexibility with regards to schedule, relaxed workplace in which everyone gets along fairly well. Opportunity for promotion if the associate wants.

Cons

Management's lack of leadership. The managers are very nice; however, when they are given a task from their bosses, they don't delegate and lead their associates

Pros

Great amount of electronic gadgets and phones. Good support for reps from different carriers and companies (AT&T, Verizon, Beats, Sprint, nintendo, Sony, Samsung, mosaic and Anderson)

Cons

Responsible for things that have nothing to do with connection center. Management is hit or miss. The better you are at your job, the more they come down on you for small mistakes.
