Pros

World-wide company, benefits, compensation for upper level management only

Cons

Poor work conditions, Consistently cutting staff causing serious threats to patient safety, Poor company morale due to changing environment and expectations at store level, out of touch corporate office and management, unrealistic company values (cultural beliefs? really....)

Pros

Good work-life balance; nice variety of projects to work on.

Cons

Layers upon layers of paper-pushing managers; no direction at the company (except for the international merger); endless rounds of restructuring that never improve the environment; very low employee morale. Benefits get worse every year.

Pros

They have great insurance benefits. Depending on the store you are at it can be a very easy going, or a very stressful place to be.

Cons

The change of title from assistant manager to shift lead which also includes a sizeable pay decrease is extremely hurtful to workers moral and motivation to come and do there job every day.
