Pros

-They give chances, a lot of chances -Acknowledges good employees with hours, opportunities, responsibilities (a good thing if you want to prove yourself) -They'll work you to the core if you're really up for it -Environment can be very friendly if you're not working with negative nancies. -Good hours if you're good enough. -Management will back you through any situation or possibility that occurs at work. Sometimes, even outside of work. Great stuff. -Like I've said always, not the same for all stores.

Cons

-Management and nearly everything completely different in every store besides the plan-o-grams -They'll work you to the core if you're really up for it -Since changes of management positions to team leads, the "leads" have all gone really bad or worse. -EXA's are now Assistant Store Managers and are more office ridden than ever before. -Some ASM's are really bad when it comes to working with employee's strengths and weaknesses especially the ones who didn't major in Business. -A lot of your co-workers don't "GET-IT" when it comes to working retail at a Walgreens -Sometimes you have to be able to adjust to working all 3 different shifts, easier said than done. Easier for younger non-student folk like myself to adjust to.

Pros

Managers are willing to work with you and your schedule, full shifts (6-8 hours each), I have a great manager who is amazingly understanding. Truck is always fun to work on, at least at my store. I love my co workers and have a good time at work.

Cons

Sometimes there is no communication between management, my only big con is working a shift up at the front; it's hard being confined to one little area for so long; I love the freedom of moving around in Red Zone.
