Pros

Flexible schedule, lots of learning opportunities, convenient location for commute from home or school. Never felt like I was dragging in.

Cons

Location near commuter station meant lots of customers came in expecting "valet" type service - oh could you get me this, and run because my train is in 3 minutes

Opportunity, but don't expect satisfactory compensation.

Pros

The company's growth will only continue, so there's always new opportunity being presented if one takes the initiative.

Cons

Despite the progressive veneer, its structure is still 20th Century American corporation, with all the trappings and barriers that includes. A lot of silo-ing in the leadership chain.
