Overall good, very bad recent merger

Pros

- Compensation is good - Time off is fair - Healthcare knowledge is good

Cons

Walgreen's recently sold the Employers Solution Group of TCH and a very bad merger with a much smaller company was forced. Since the ESG Group had a Divisional structure the new owners placed the smaller company's management in charge. This new team is woefully inadequate and are operating from a 10 year old business plan and operating structure.

Pros

Coworkers are great, friendly customers for the most part, average employee benefits. The jobs assigned aren't difficult and they keep you busy the whole shift most of the time.

Cons

Sometimes the work load is put onto only a couple employees and may become stressful when mixed with customers. With the time frame given, the tasks might not be finished.
