Pros

You can travel anywhere and there will be opportunities for you. Many Opportunities to move up in position. Walgreens pays for training and certifications which otherwise can be expensive.

Cons

They make you travel to other stores despite the distance it may take with no choice in the matter. Upper management (district level) is horrible, they rarely respond and have no bonds to any employees. They only look out for themself and the company and completely disreguard ANY thought for their employees!

Pros

The benifits are great. Pay is competitive with larger retail stores but headaches are less due to less volume from a walmart or target.

Cons

Working on weekends and late nights isn't great. Managers can lack knowledge you have but scared to promote because smarter than they.

Pros

The position offered over time and allowed for a nice work/life balance. The pay was competitive and there was a fine benefits package.

Cons

Unfortunately the management can change and reviews don't often get done on time leaving it difficult to get promised promotions.
