      Good benefits package including tuition reimbursement.

      Poor HR Department. Upper management wears horse blinders and doesn't actively take employee input seriously. Pay is under market rates.

      There are some very talented people still inside Wacker.

      Cons

      -Lots of changes at Wacker over the last 4 -5 years that seem to make upper management increasingly focussed upward (toward Germany) and forgetting about their employees at manager and below in the US. -There are very few upward career opportunities for Americans in the US. -Upper management is too disengaged from the realities of the business
