Management can be problematic in certain departments. Very entitled and usually go unpunished, so that can be frustrating.

The room for growth is very hindered at this company and success is very much based on what team you are on. There are great teams with great leadership, but the toxic teams and managers are not dealt with despite being known quantities. They prefer to allow for a revolving door with these managers instead of dealing with the problem. The internal structures set up for measuring success, growth and competency are not well implemented or documented by many teams or arbitrarily capped to disallow the good managers to promote those deserving. While it may be ok for early career people the internal structure of the company is antithetical to career growth long term and you will wind up plateauing depending on the team you are on.
