Great place to work

Pros

Wacker is a great place to start in the manufacturing industry. They love to hire from within so that also helps when it comes to climbing the corporate latter.

Cons

Most entry level positions for manufacturing work a dupont 24 hour schedule. So it is swing shift. But I love the schedule. 4 night shifts followed by 3 days off. Then 3 day shifts with one day off. Then 4 day shifts followed by 7 days off. When those sevens hit it always feel like a vacation. So, is it really a con?
