      Pros

      Pay, benefits, coworkers, 401k, free coffee even, rotating shifts are good, day time hours are good, the 4 star rating is because that's all that matters to some at face value.

      Cons

      A very large and broad plant. The "Plant needs" sometimes seem be motivated poorly, with no thought for future complications. Too many heads.
