      Pros

      Stable company, if you like overtimes you will have plenty of them. Ohio division is small easy to manage with two shifts that you can choose

      Cons

      Incompetency within the management, maybe the reason of a lot of overtime and a high turnover rate. No room for growth so if you are looking for promotion you better look somewhere else.

      Job security and fair pay/benefits. Lots of great people and a few bad apples. Overall a very good company to work and spend your career.

      Stable company with stable work. Safety is the priority.

      Cons

      Operations managers will find someone to blame rather than resolving the root cause. This combined with non-competitive compensation has resulted in significant employee turnover in the teams and not enough plant knowledge or resources to be able to resolve equipment problems in the long term.
