Wacker Chemical has many good points; some not so good

Pros

Wacker has very good pay and good benefits with reasonable hours of work per week. You need to get your work done but you do not need to spend huge numbers of hours to impress management

Cons

The culture is not too open to change in the way the business is run. Wacker has a particular way to run the business and new ideas are sometimes not given much consideration.
