      Pros

      Great staff travel benefits and christmas parties. The opportunity to start flying with no previous experience. Sometimes you find great people to work with.

      Cons

      Bad management, lack of caring about the workers, minimun rest and lots of pressure and stress with timings. Working environment is worst every year.

      Good company with good relationship with collegues. The salary may be higher if your work has a great value and possibility to have contract into the company directly.

      Cons

      Gross salary were very bad but you can negociate for more money if your results are good.

      No personal life in summer due to the chaotic roster and delays.
