      - Environment is great - The ability to grow or change career is great - Work life balance is excellent - Salary was very good until the Russian war

      Cons

      - Some things in work are random and not well organized or documented. - After the Russian war, salary isn't great anymore - Referrals rewards are counted for specific positions and levels only and at certain times with certain announcements.
