Pros
Vodafone is generally a good company to work for. Pay is excellent, benefits are superb and include 28 days holiday, share-save scheme which nets you £2,000 a year, Free Mobiles and Broadband. Some find it easy to progress through the ranks, if their face fits and they are good at managing upwards (as with most corporates).
Cons
Chaotic company with no strategy and poor middle management. There are some really nice chickens working for Vodafone, but most are headless and cluck a lot. Budgets come and go, plans are made and remade and remade again. Product launch dates get pushed back, and pushed back, then batted into the long grass. No clear ownership or responsibility. Manage by committee. Everything done on a shoe string and cobbled together just to get products out of the door. Quantity rather than quality approach.
