The Vodafone People Strategy was launched which included training to all employees with people responsibility about six key areas and they were provided with the necessary tools to cascade the information to their peers. The Vodafone People Strategy clearly defines the deal on each of these touch points and the deal between Vodafone and its people…. What can employees expect of Vodafone and what does Vodafone expect from its people. The following six key points were identified to be important for our people.Vodafone assign clear roles and accountabilities, based on business objectives, and trust and empower you to deliver against these Employees know and understand Vodafone’s objectives and take the responsibility to know what changes are happening, how they are affected and respond to them professionally.
