      Pros

      Good career opportunity and Benefits Good atmosphere.

      Cons

      The long distance from home to any of the Vodafone Campus buildings which waste a lot of time. Not thinking about People in some accounts. Some managerial actions are taken from managers (International Accounts) on a non professional and non official way.(Like Removing and Replacing employees) In some accounts we are missing the strong management.

      Pros

      You can learn here everything, from selling to analizing, creating ads. International projects over all Telia Sonera company are common here and give you a lot of experience. You also get a lot of benefits being a worker in Omnitel: mobile phone, sim card, computer, life insurance, discounts for products. You can also one day in month work from distance and do not have to be at office. Every month they have meetings with collegues from other departments, top managers come to present current situation and talk about important issues.

      Cons

      Huge amounts of jobs. Mostly one person in back office is working not only in his area. Extra hours not for all are paid. In back office you must get in time (deadlines) and it doesn't matter that you have other jobs not done yet. Football is common here too (from other departments oders come and you have to do them even it is not yours department and working area).
