Pros
Interview process was quick, professional and painless. Big name on the CV. Lovely offices and environment. Great place to work if you like technology and comms.
Cons
It was a very disorganised from the start, lacked a proper induction and support long term. It harbours a culture of long hours and presenteeism, where people manager their own careers rather than their roles. It's an incredibly political environment. In some areas, no-one take full ownership which can be frustrating. The lack of team effort is also a minus for the organisation. Some, and I do stress that word, really need to take more accountability in their roles as they've got such an opportunity to shape, influence and lead.
