Modern attitude and culture, just need to get the backend systems in line
Pros
- Flexible working approach - Left to manage own time and responsibilities where relevant - Supportive middle management and access to training and progression (if proactively seeking it) - Reasonable pay, although as always could have been better - Good location (not in London, but still major global company) - Great physical working environment and campus
Cons
- Internal system haven't followed the pace of growth within the company - Sometimes to quick to focus on the quick win, rather than long term improvements - Few pockets of long term employees who are a bit stuck in their ways, with a 'can't do' attittude - Sometimes lack long term strategic vision, which can change too often, not giving the company enough time to get on board
