      Pros

      This is the greatest company I have ever worked in! Their corporate cuture is amazing, you feel integrated since day one, managers and colleagues are very welcoming. I had the chance to work with a lot of international departments within European Union and countries outside of the EU zone, and learned a lot with the flexibility and innovation offered. Work/Life balance is good, and the offer a huge amount of benefits, including investing in additional education for their employees and support for families.

      Cons

      Needs to invest more in internal recruiting.

      Pros

      - One of the largest telecommunications company in the world. Constantly changing and evolve market. - Strong pace of work, constant decision-making, constant commercial offer changes,...that teach you how important efficiency, minuciosity and communication is. - Learn the complexity of selling service with lots of different combinations. Suppose a lot of circumstance to manage. It is not only send the product, it is send a product, activate services, do it at the right time, without complications to not damage customer experience... - End to End vision of the business. - A online store team (where i am currently working) integrate how to show the commercial offer, how to manage promotions, how important logistics processes are, how communication with others departments is and that data analysis is key for making decisions.

      - Some times communications with service providers and other departments is slow and inefficient.

      There was a good environment; a good salary and I had a good team with great mates and a great boss.

      Cons

      No promotion for current employees, there was too much meetings during the entire week, and there was no clear strategy.
