Pros
- Great experience, get the opportunity to work with different situations - Good salary and benefits - Most employees are really nice.
Cons
- Rude managers don’t know how to deal with staff. Managers play politics with staff. When staff ask for help, training or general questions about something managers says: ‘this isn’t part of your role, you don’t have to worry about it’. Then weeks later delegates the same tasks to staff and when staff says we are not trained in this. Managers humiliate staff.
